The European Commission, within the Seventh Research Framework Programme (FP7), will launch in July 2008 a set of calls for proposals for the end of 2008 / beginning of 2009.

The new deadline of the Eurostars (http://www.eurostars-eureka.eu/) call for proposals is for 21 November 2008. This programme is easy to access (bottom-up process, administrative simplicity ...) and enable to obtain subsidies, it s a real opportunity !

Some ERA-NET projects (European projects funded by European Commission and aiming at funding RTD projects on a specific topic) targets marine topics and regularly publish calls for proposals for innovative projects:
